loud music parking situation
the location was fine, very central. It was acceptable.
The music was LOUD until very late. I asked about placing my husband's mobility scooter and was told to leave it in an alley. I had to carry it up to the room. The parking situation was also ridiculous.

convenient stay near the harbour
friendly staff secure parking convenient door lovely view
the staff were friendly at check in i received secure parking behind the hotel it was a tight squeeze but very useful my room had tea and coffee making facilities a side door gave direct access to the rooms bypassing the pub i found this convenient. the room was clean and well kept. the location was fantastic being right on the harbour front i had easy access to nearby restaurants. the harbour view was lovely from my room.
the noise from the pub below was audible until late. i could hear music. it would be advisable to bring earplugs.

secure parking is available to guests. the inclusion of tea and coffee making facilities in the room enhanced the stay. a side door provides a direct entrance to the rooms avoiding the need to pass through the pub.

while the hotel does not have its own restaurant, the permission to bring takeaway food into the pub is an advantage. this allows guests to enjoy meals purchased elsewhere in a comfortable setting. many restaurants exist nearby too.

amazing views and lively atmosphere!
harbor views amazing views blackout blinds coffee facilities
the room had amazing views of the harbor, the swing bridge, and st mary's church. i enjoyed watching the tide and people. the staff addressed my special request quickly and fully upon arrival. the room included a fan and blackout blinds. miniature toiletries and tea and coffee facilities were a plus.
the music from the pub was very loud until late , and it made it difficult to sleep.
